The owner of “Nagisa Fitness” is an outdoor mobile personal trainer/small group (less than 5) trainer. She focuses on the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style. In addition she advises on nutrition, mobility and
posture correction. All this to improve muscle endurance, cardio endurance, strength and improve metabolism to make their clients have a healthier lifestyle, feel powerful, strong and confident.
